Eng. Ayman Korra, Chairman and CEO of Consukorra
Ayman Korra started his prominent career three decades ago in land reclamation. Ayman Korra being a pioneer in land reclamation and a developer in agricultural projects, he established two of the very well known and credible farms in Egypt, Agrokorra Co. & Agrofresh Co.
In parallel with establishing the farms, Ayman Korra founded Consukorra Co. and took up his responsibility as its chairman and CEO. Ever since then, Consukorra has been progressively growing and witnessing its remarkable success. During that time, Ayman Korra served as the General manager and partner for both multinational companies, Greif Egypt and Huhtumaki Egypt. He also acted as the Chairman of Cairo Oil & Soap Co after it’s acquisition in 2005.
Managing all the above and being a partner since 1992 in a multinational profitable partnership, Ayman Korra has gained valuable experience from working in highly competitive environments that require hard work, multicultural understanding and strong business qualifications.
While Ayman Korra is keen on achieving outstanding immediate results, he is a visionary man and a socially responsible citizen with valuable contribution to the Egyptian community via his active participation in numerous Boards, Councils and Associations such as:
- The General Secretary of the Council for Agriculture Modernization
- Board Member of Chamber of Foods Industries & Head of Oil and Vegetables Fat group
- Board Member of Egypt-Malaysia Business Council (EMBC).
- Head of Industry & Energy Committee of the Egyptian Businessmen’s Association (EBA)
- Former Board Member of General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) (2004 – 2009)
- Former Chairman of the Horticultural Export Improving Association (HEIA). (2000 – 2003)During his term and with the governmental support, Mr. Korra established the perishable terminal with Green Field in Cairo International Airport. This terminal rendered an ideal solution for fruit and vegetables exportation in Egypt which improved its quality and opened new markets for Egyptian growers.

Ayman Korra is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1979. Based on Ayman. Korra’s belief that there’s always room for improvement he continually seeks new knowledge and trainings that adds to him. He is a recipient of numerous programs such as Advanced Management Program at INSEAD University in 2003, Strategic Market Orientation Program at INSEAD University in 1996 & Van Leer Program for Sales and Marketing Managers at IMD University in Switzerland in1992.
Ayman Korra is married, with three children and lives in Cairo, Egypt.
